By accessing and using Rica.pk, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.

Products and Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices may change without prior notice.

Payments

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), Easypaisa, JazzCash, Bank Transfer, and Debit/Credit Cards.

Tax Policy

• Online payments are exempt from the 4% product tax.
• Orders placed through Cash on Delivery (COD) are subject to a 4% tax applied at checkout.

Order Acceptance

• Rica.pk reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock availability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Limitation of Liability

• Rica.pk shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
