At Rica.pk, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Damaged or Incorrect Products

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Eligible products will be replaced after verification.

Sale & Discounted Items

• Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for return or refund.
• Such products may only be replaced if they arrive damaged or incorrect.
